Power Partners, LLC (PPP) is pleased to announce of the acquisition of Foxwood Place, a 164-unit rental housing project for low and moderate income families in Lockport, New York.
The project is regulated under Section 221(d)(4) of the National Housing Act and is regulated under HUD Section 8.
Power Play Partners will retain five current employees including office staff trained maintenance personnel to assure a seamless transition and continued professional services to tenants.
